Missouri Scholars Academy: An Experience that Lasts a Lifetime
What happens when talented students are given time, space and encouragement to explore ideas for the joy of learning? The Missouri Scholars Academy (MSA) offers a transformative experience for skilled, knowledgeable high school rising juniors who are eager to grow as learners and leaders. Rooted in encouraging learning for the sake of learning, and challenging students to be interested, not interesting, MSA invites the youth of Missouri to pursue curiosity while embracing meaningful intellectual and social pursuits.
The energy, creativity and collaboration that define the Missouri Scholars Academy experience produces an extraordinary community of learners. Through a balanced liberal arts and sciences curriculum and a rich residential and co-curricular experience, students are challenged academically, develop leadership skills and form lifelong friendships.
This Giving Day, we invite you to give back to the experience that shaped you. While public funding remains essential, it does not fully sustain the depth of the MSA experience. A gift to the Missouri Scholars Academy Endowment directly supports the faculty, programs and shared moments that make those three weeks so magical.
