MU's Graduate School promotes excellence in graduate education for over 5,000 students across more than 200 degree programs and graduate certificates. Your giving enhances graduate student support through funding that provides innovative programs, services, and activities that enrich graduate student achievement, leadership, professional development, and community-building. It also supports fellowships that allow students to focus on their research and scholarship.
GPC Financial Assistance Fund
The MU Graduate Professional Council Financial Assistance Fund provides emergency support for graduate and professional students who encounter financial hardship. Students may apply for one-time funding to help them address emergency needs while continuing their education.
Graduate Student Fellowships
Fellowships provide financial support to graduate students so they can focus on their academic and scholarly potential.
Graduate Travel Scholarships
The Graduate School administers awards to defray travel expenses. These awards enable students to present at professional conferences, participate in internships and training programs, conduct on-site dissertation research, and deepen their knowledge through international experiences. These experiences are invaluable for graduate student and future career success.
