At the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine, we shape what veterinary medicine becomes next.
As Missouri’s only veterinary college, Mizzou prepares bold, compassionate veterinarians, advances research that connects animal and human health, and delivers life-saving care across our state and beyond.
Raptor Rehabilitation Project
When a hawk can’t fly or an owl can’t hunt, we step in.
For more than half a century, our Raptor Rehabilitation Program has treated, rehabilitated and released injured birds of prey back into the wild, as well as educated the public about raptors and their importance to our environment. Your support allows our all-volunteer organization to continue this important work.
Veterinary Medicine Educational Activities Fund
The best veterinarians aren’t trained on textbooks alone.
Your support provides our students with access to transformative learning experiences beyond the classroom, such as professional conferences, externships and specialized training. These educational activities prepare students with the hands-on skills needed to excel in a dynamic field, along opportunities to discover where they’re meant to lead.
Veterinary Clinical Skills Laboratory
Hands-on learning saves lives.
Before students ever step into the clinic, they build confidence in the Clinical Skills Laboratory. This is where techniques are practiced, muscle memory is formed and skills are refined in a supportive learning environment. Your gift ensures students train with state-of-the-art tools and technology, creating a seamless path from practice to real-world care.
