Dreams are soaring at Mizzou. The Columns, spires and bell towers of campus point skyward, signifying this University's great strengths and aspirations. Their lofty beauty inspires pride in Mizzou's past and excitement for the future.
The For All We Call Mizzou campaign builds on past accomplishments to ensure that dreams for the future become reality. The campaign surpassed the initial $600 million goal in September 2005, creating 400 new scholarships and 61 new endowed faculty positions to become a true destination university.
Building on this success, the For All We Call Mizzou campaign continues with a new goal of raising $1 billion. Reaching the goal will enhance MU's ability to compete nationally and internationally for the best students, faculty and researchers.
The $1 billion goal will provide scholarships that will open doors to higher education for capable low-income students, and attract exceptional students who might be tempted by better scholarship offers from other institutions. The new goal will motivate faculty members to work hand-in-hand with students: leading undergraduates in meaningful research; providing real-life learning experiences and mentoring tomorrow's leaders.
